Our passengers are treated as individuals rather than part of a group. We begin by greeting you at an easy to find meeting place and take you to the launchsite. Once at the launchsite the pilot and crew will assemble the basket and do preliminarily checks on our equipment. The pilot then gives you a pre-flight briefing to acquaint you with the equipment and information you’ll need to know during your flight. You’ll be given the opportunity to participate with the inflation of the balloon.
This makes a great "Kodak moment".

Now, It's Time To Fly!! For those of you who are a little timid about not having your feet on the ground, you’ll find the motionless flight of a balloon easier to accustom yourself to than other forms of flight, or for that matter even a chair lift ride.

We put the balloon down, but we’re not done yet. Before the balloon completely deflates you may want to step inside the envelope to get a different perspective. Feel the still warm air on your face and take a few photos. After packing the balloon away we commemorate the flight with a traditional flight ceremony with non-alcoholic champagne and presentation of your flight certificate.
