Total Passenger weight cannot exceed these guidelines outlined below. **If your group exceeds these guidelines you will need to purchase two trips or book the whole balloon instead of the Flight per person option.

Medical Conditions Persons who have had recent surgery or have neck, back, or knee injuries should not fly in a balloon. Pregnant women who are in their second and third trimester, also should not fly in a balloon. Individuals who have other conditions that they have questions about should check with their doctors before making a reservation. All passengers should be in good health and be able to handle the rigors of an outdoor sport.

Passenger Cancellations A $20.00 administrative fee per person is charged for all changes or cancellation in reservations. If cancellations or changes in reservations are received seven days or less prior to the reservation date, there is a $100.00 administration fee per person. Passengers who do not cancel their reservations and do not show up will be charged full price.

Big Horn Balloon Company Cancellations If Big Horn Balloon Company cancels your reservations you may receive a full refund or reschedule for the next available date. Reasons Big Horn Balloon Company would cancel would be due to your safety. (FOR EXAMPLE - The pilot deems the weather unsuitable for safe flying.)

Clothing Since flights orient at sunrise, you will need to dress in layers. This will allow you to shed layers in the summer as it begins to warm up. Wear a good sturdy pair of shoes. Clothing should be protective so no shorts or sandals, please. If you are tall, a hat can be helpful to reflect the heat coming from the burner. Clothing should be designed for outdoor sports.
